After 4 days eating gluten free, I was hooked! I am now 9 days gluten free.
My asthma is not completely gone, but it has drastically improved!
Completely life changing! Not too hard to do. Well worth the effort!

A GF Cooking Show?
Over at Gluten Free Living they have an article and interview with Emeril Lagasse's daughters who want to do a GF cooking show! Worth reading and definitely worth watching for on TV!
